Bibimpap at Useong Dak Galbi

Bibimbap is commonly eaten with gochujang. And the basic ingredients in a bibimbap include rice, spinach, radish and bean sprouts.

So as I had some business done in Mango Avenue we decided to park at Raintree Mall for a quick bite and looked around the area for a possible corner to eat.

At first you see the popular fastfood in the place but then in one corner this not so visible Korean restaurant came to my line of vision. Wow... a new place. so I decided to try it rather than eat cholesterol loaded meals. No not that day....

As we entered the establishment the ambience of the place was very casual. The theme of the place was industrial black with a hint of silver gray. What really piqued my interest were the barrels which were recycled by painting it black and the cover was glued with a thick foam then used as a seat

Next, going through the menu we both decided to order Bibimbap. Because prices of food were expensive from my point of view for that kind of place. And some of the items in their menu were not available. Then there was this order that we were really interested in but it had to be ordered by 2 which I found a bit too much. Especially if you are just trying the place for the first time. So we ordered bibimbap which was the most affordable one. And I must say it was appetizing for one's eyes.

When Bibimbap was served it looked good and the taste was your usual Korean Bibimbap which made me a dissapointed because I wanted to find a unique taste of the Bibimbap that I can only associate with the place. But sadly it tasted like all the other stores serving Bibimbap.

And like most Korean restaurants the place was cash basis only.
